Mark P. Mullen, ESQ
Mark Mullen was born in Teaneck, New Jersey. He attended catholic grade school and high school in northern New Jersey. He started college at Northeastern University in Boston and concluded his undergraduate studies in 1991 at Temple University in Philadelphia earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice.

During his undergraduate years Mr. Mullen worked for several law firms in Philadelphia, primarily focusing on personal injury litigation.
He served as paralegal, responsible for all aspects of litigation support, including the preparation and defense of matters involving product liability, premises liability, toxic torts, automobile negligence and catastrophic injury.

Mr. Mullen was hired by State Farm Insurance Company in 1993. His tenure with State Farm included work in in Philadelphia, New Jersey and Florida where he handled files involving lawsuits, bad faith, bodily injury liability and medical payment.

In 1997 Mr. Mullen enrolled at Nova Southeastern University Sheppard Broad Law Center where he earned his Jurors Doctorate Degree. While at law school, Mr. Mullen attended the summer semester in Cambridge, U.K. and was a member of the Student Bar Association.

Mr. Mullen was admitted to the Florida bar in April 2001, The United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 2001 and the Middle District of Florida in 2002.

He enjoys devoting his free time to non-profit organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and participating in other fund raisers for multiple Miami area non-profit organizations.
